totally agree with your post. “It’s critical that educators and school leaders are aware of these differences that our students carry and work toward creating a space where a safe and inclusive learning environment is developed to promote student success” . I believe as educators and school leaders, we need to create conditions is matter and an environment where students feel long and safe; we have a lot to do so many policies, and passengers need to change, also what I see in most community colleges we all taking about equity and the work I think this is only check in boxe we don’t have the equity walk yet we only talk….add the rest
